Cancellation Policy

Camp and Club Deposits

When signing up for a camp or club, 50% of the program fee is required to hold a spot.

  • Full payment is preferred.
  • Remaining balance is due by the first day of camp.

Camp and Club Cancellations

If cancellation is made three weeks in advance of a program, you may

  • Transfer into a future program OR
  • Receive a credit in the amount of your deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within three weeks of program start date.

Birthday Party Policy

When signing up for a birthday party, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required

  • Full payment is preferred.
  • Remaining balance is due by the day of the party.

Field Trip Policy

A $50 cancellation fee is applied to cancellations made within 24 hours of field trip visit.
